Oh my goodness gracious—you can media-train your clients for years in marketing and PR, but nothing will ever soothe your nerves when you’re media-training YOURSELF for a podcast interview!

Today, I have to utter joy of being featured—and sharing my story—on the Courage + Clarity podcast.

I once heard that thumbing through your own Facebook & Instagram photos is psychologically more affirming than thumbing through others’—I’d like to say the same is true listening to yourself give some business education, copywriting training for creatives, and a whole lot of real talk about eating disorders, mental health, and resting! Once I can psych myself out to *actually* listen to my own voice (Ew. Does that feeling ever end?? ????), I sit amazed again at the story of what God has done. I need the reminder of His faithfulness every.single.morning, because it’s so easy to let the world’s voice be louder.
