SEAL THE DEAL: conversion copy 101

Copywriting is the art and science of words that coach a conversion in marketing—something I first honed working for clients like Delta Air Lines and Chick-fil-A. This session teaches creative entrepreneurs how to DIY their own copy, from understanding the client journey, discovering their unique selling proposition, and basic copywriting formulas to plug and play.

work from a place of rest

In 2015, I was partially hospitalized for anxiety, depression, and anorexia—stripped of my corporate marketing job, and nearly stripped of my fledgling marriage ... I never thought mental illness would impact me. Recovery taught me how to deal and the "new rules" of perfectionism. Attendees gain insight on eating disorder and mental health awareness, tools to use themselves, and more.

Ashlyn writes bespoke, meaningful words for creative women as a copywriter & calligrapher. She left her job as a publicist to go full-time with her calligraphy biz for brides—and realized there were lots of creative entrepreneurs fumbling with their message and sales copy (you can take the girl out of the PR agency ... ).
