Today I get to share Mississippi wedding calligraphy pretties from our bride Lauren’s recent nuptials!
Lauren, girl, it’s so hard to even remember “meeting” you—I think I was maybe 12 or 13, and I’d just graduated from Baptist Hospital’s babysitter accreditation program. But of course, who better to trust you with caring for his three daughters than your orthodontist and his sweet wife?
I went to work babysitting the three Kingry girls all through middle and high school in Montgomery, following Lauren’s days at Ole Miss and watching from afar as a certain guy showed up in seemingly every other Instagram she posted through the years.
My mom, our studio manager here, and I were so thrilled when Lauren and her mama reached out about a custom wedding monogram for Lauren! We don’t typically do anything but full-suite work, but for Lauren, I’d do anything.

Lauren and Matt got married at Plein Air wedding venue in Oxford, and snapped some pictures at the Southern Living magazine idea home of 2008.
It perfectly blends classic Georgian architecture and distinct Southern style—and all the necessary things, like big front porches. 🙂
Um, dreamy, right? Just those shutters alone had me at paint color.
Brooke posted more beautiful pics from Lauren and Matt’s wedding over on her blog, and the CUTEST quote in the world from a groom: “Honestly, the first time I talked to Lauren, in my head all I could think was, ‘I am going to marry this girl.'”
I meannnnnnnn.
Anyway, thank you to Kwik Kopy in Montgomery for laying out our custom monogram and printing the Mississippi wedding calligraphy so beautifully!
Last thing—it’s football season, y’all, and if there’s anything that makes this Auburn fan happy, it’s seeing another SEC fan put some details into her wedding reception.
I smiled so big seeing those cute koozies—hotty toddy to a good ol’ fashioned Mississippi wedding calligraphy monogram, right?
