It is time to talk about showing up on camera. This is a tutorial that’s been requested, so let’s hop to it with a how-to for upping your camera confidence …

… and how to getting started on YouTube, from my very own YouTube manager over here in my copywriting business!

I’m always jazzed to talk about marketing that helps you work from a place of rest not hustle, and video content is one tool that helps accomplish that in my business—like copywriting, video pulls its weight, specifically on YouTube.

And confession—I’m no YouTube expert. I lean on my client-turned-friend-turned-I’m-her-client Trena Little in my business to be the director of all things YouTube nerdy in my business … I just show up and teach and film. 🙂

How’d I get started with YouTube?

Truth be told? I wasn’t even planning on starting a channel until I drafted launch funnel copy for Trena’s YouTube Bootcamp launch, realized I sold myself on her product … and ended up starting my own channel.

Seriously. Once you get ramped up on WHY YouTube is a killer spot to create content, you’ll feel the same.

Today, Trena’s bringing you 10 things to do if you want to start a YouTube channel.

While I hope she’ll convince you it’s a pretty good place to create content, the biggest thing I want you to get is this: camera confidence.

From Instagram Live to Facebook Live, I want you to be excited to hit record, mmkay?

Voila, there you have it.

Let me know below—what holds YOU back from hitting record and using video as a marketing tool?
